By accessing or using ASOHack ("Service") at asohack.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ASOHack provides App Store Optimization (ASO) tools, analytics, and educational content for mobile app developers. Features include keyword research, listing analysis, competitor tracking, review analysis, and related tools. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@asohack.com
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused features
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data in bulk without prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Transmit malware, spam, or other malicious content
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its data without authorization
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on ASOHack are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent. Blog posts and guides are provided for informational purposes; you may share links but not reproduce full content without attribution.

7. Third-Party Data and APIs

Our tools display data sourced from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. ASOHack is not affiliated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASOHack and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASOHack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
